Mark Evans brings over two decades of experience in organisational development, working across the private, public, and not-for-profit sectors. As a facilitator, leadership coach, and organisational planning consultant, he has led major capability-building projects and delivered high-impact, results-focused learning experiences that have directly improved leadership and organisational outcomes.

As the founder of a training and consultancy practice, Mark provides high-quality adult learning and advisory services to government, non-government, and private sector clients, supporting leadership, organisational performance, and sustainable business outcomes.

Mark  brings current, real-world governance experience as Company Secretary and leadership team member for a non-government organisation supporting men with complex needs. In this role, he implemented governance reforms and operational improvements that increased transparency and organisational effectiveness.

With more than 20 years in the education sector, Mark has developed deep expertise in leadership, governance, and organisational performance. He has contributed to system-level improvement through active participation in executive education and governance committees at both the regional and state levels.

Known for his strong interpersonal skills and ability to build trusted relationships, Mark has successfully delivered leadership, change management, and strategic planning programs across industries. He has initiated inclusion programs that have improved engagement with Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander peoples and other culturally diverse communities.

Mark has established a successful coaching practice, supporting individuals at all career stages in navigating transitions, leading change, and addressing workplace challenges to achieve sustainable growth.

He has designed and delivered competency-based and non-accredited adult learning programs, including Certificate IV, Diploma, and Advanced Diploma qualifications, resulting in increased workforce capability and accreditation rates for clients.

Mark partners with clients across all Australian jurisdictions, including the Australian Government, ACT, Northern Territory, Victoria, and New South Wales, successfully developing tailored solutions that have led to measurable improvements in organisational capability.

His international experience spans Asia and the Pacific, where he has delivered leadership and capability development solutions to clients in China, Indonesia, Malaysia, Thailand, Papua New Guinea, Vietnam, Cambodia, and the Philippines. He has been engaged by the Australian Government to facilitate programs in Indonesia and the Philippines, and has received recognition from international clients for his culturally informed and impactful methods.
