Negotiation

Build confidence and capability in business negotiations with this practical one-day programme. Designed for professionals at all levels, the workshop blends negotiation theory with practice so you can negotiate better outcomes while preserving relationships. 


You will learn how to prepare for the negotiation, identify interests (not simply positions), and use clear, assertive communication to reach agreements. Using case studies, role plays and guided discussions and reflection, you will leave with a practical framework and tools to use.

Emotional Intelligence

This practical 2 day programme helps teams understand and apply emotional intelligence at work. Participants explore how emotions drive behaviour, learn to read their own and others' emotional cues, and practise tools for responding thoughtfully rather than reacting. Together, we unpack the core competencies of emotional intelligence using the Australian designed GENOS model and connect them to everyday team dynamics such as feedback, conflict, and collaboration. 


Using discussions, short activities and real-world scenarios, your team will leave with shared language, practical strategies, and an action plan to build a more trusting, resilient and high-performing team culture.

Conflict management

This practical one-day programme builds confidence and skill in managing conflict within teams and with external stakeholders. Participants explore what drives conflict, how it escalates, and the difference between disagreement and destructive patterns of conflict. We introduce the Thomas/Kilmann framework for preparing for difficult conversations, separating people from problems, and focusing on shared interests. 


Through discussions, case studies and structured practice, participants learn how to stay calm under pressure, listen for what really matters, and respond with clarity and respect. The day concludes with individual action planning to embed more constructive, solution-focused conflict management back at work.

Time management

This one-day programme helps participants take control of their time, energy and attention in a busy work environment. We explore what drives overload, including hidden priorities, interruptions and procrastination, and distinguish between urgent and important work. Participants learn effective, evidence‑informed tools for planning their day, managing email and meetings, setting boundaries and saying “no” assertively. 


Through reflection, discussion and practical exercises, participants will design a realistic weekly plan and identify quick wins to apply immediately. The day finishes with personal commitments to sustain more focused, productive and sustainable ways of working.
